Start of a new session – Kids got health tips at Ineeddoctor’s Camp

“Summer Vacation for kids” means full freedom of playing and eating. Over the years, the lifestyle has changed drastically. Children spend most of their time indoors in front of a screen whether computer,  television, tablet, or cell phones with no physical activities and often eating unhealthy foods which are most probably deep fried, oily or packed foods.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Due to the above reasons, this causes undisciplined lifestyle of kids i.e, it means no correct time of waking up, eating and sleeping. It means it is an open invitation to many health issues like unwanted weight gain, indigestion problems, dehydration, poor sight, poor stamina, bad resistance power and many more.                So, in order to bring health awareness among children, Ineeddoctor organized a free health check up camp for children which would help them in living a better lifestyle.        Doctors from Shri Ganesh Vinayak Eye Hospital visited this camp to check children of all age groups. A women is referred to  be a goddess in India,(Lakshmi, Saraswati, Durga).   It is said that God could not come everywhere on earth to care for child, that’s why he made “Mother”.  A Women is a “Mother” who is the first person for a child to whom he feels, touches and sees, She  delivers the child, brings him/ her up well, no matter whatever may be the condition. The mother, daughter, sister, wife, employee and the explicitly diverse relations are extraordinarily handled by her. She is  a “Daughter “who said to be the shadow of her mother in the family, growing under the love and affection shield of her parents.  She can be as strong as son could be, may be not physically strong as a man, but psychologically and mentally they are strong  sometimes even stronger than men. Health camp for healthy teeth and better vision with Ineeddoctor

Another healthcamp was successfully organized by the team of Ineeddoctor at Springwood PlaySchool at Raipur this sunday. People of all age groups turned out to have a overall health checkup for their teeth and eyes.   More than 200 people were treated in the health camp by a team of expert doctors from Vasan Eye Care Hospital and Naman Dental Hospital. Moreover, they were advised about how they can keep and maintain their eyes and teeth healthy throughout. It was very nice to see that people caring about their health and coming to the health camp with their whole family, the kids were also not afraid of having a checkup themselves and were quite cooperative too with the doctors during their span of visit, kids were given advice about their eating habits to keep their teeths healthy and shiny as well as they were advise to take care of their eyes. How did you overcome those challenges? We realized that we can’t enforce our solution to the users, we would have to change our-self. That’s what we did. We changed our business & working model. We used the tech our-self, but let the users be free. This helped a lot. Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now. So far, we are self-financed. How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain? We are perhaps not a very good paymaster. However, we have a very friendly environment for each team member. We don’t believe in micro-managing and give the freedom to our team to take their decisions. This helps in maintaining the motivation of the employees. According to you, what are the three qualities an individual must have to achieve success? Aggression, Perseverance and Positive Attitude towards what you believe in are perhaps the key to achieving success. Apart from the social media FB, Whatsapp, Linkedin, I use google services like Analytics, Drive etc. Office tools, if explored properly can do wonders for any startup. What are your plans for next 3 years? At Ineeddoctor, we plan to focus on depth rather than breadth. Since we launched it in July 2015, we have already catered to around 10000 patients so far and have registered over 1000 doctors. From helping in OPD services, we are now offering In-Patient services too. We plan to include over 200 schools & 100 other Corporates from across the state under our CAP program by the end of 2016. We plan to take this up to 50+ cities in the coming three years. We are planning to add several services to our platform that can make Ineeddoctor what it means. Having said so, we are planning to add services for all those people who need doctors (and, believe me, they are not just patients). More details will be shared very soon.
